Before Your First Session

Grab a pen and paper. Not your phone — paper. Write down the one thing in your life right now that is not serving you. The thing you haven't said out loud to anyone. That's where we start. Come ready to be honest. That's all I ask.

Session Day — Your Hour With Bryan

We meet on Zoom — just you and me. Camera on or off, your choice. No judgment. You share where you are, I listen more than I talk. We work through that week's pillar together, apply it directly to your real life, and you leave with something to actually do — not just think about.

Every Morning That Week

No phone for 30 minutes. Just you and your mind. Mirror work — look yourself in the eyes and say it until you mean it. Write 3 things you are grateful for. Drink water. Go outside and walk. This is your morning protocol and it starts day one.
